Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Banana for the dough, use ripe bananas for good sweetness
  • 1 Banana sliced (for topping, optional)
  • 40 g All-purpose flour
  • 20 g Oat flour
  • 1 scoop Soy Whey Protein
  • 20 g Unsweetened Cacao Powder
  • 100 g Egg whites
  • 1 & 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g Low-fat Greek yogurt Dairy free option works too
  • 40 g Chocolate chips 20g for the dough, 20g for topping, optional
  • 20 g of Stevia of your favorite sweetener

Instructions
 

  • First Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Step 1: Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, start by mashing one banana. Add the egg whites and Greek yogurt, mixing until well combined.
  • Step 2: Add all-purpose flour, oat flour, soy whey protein, cacao powder, stevia and baking powder to the wet mixture. Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  • Step 3: Add Chocolate: Fold 20g of chocolate chips into the dough for a delightful chocolatey addition.
  • Step 4: Prep the Pan, transfer the dough into your chosen cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining 20g of chocolate chips over the dough. For an extra touch, add a layer of sliced banana on top.
  • Step 6: Bake the banana bread for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Step 7: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for a short while. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Step 8: Serve with a Twist: For added indulgence, drizzle a little peanut butter over the top before serving.
