Is Online personal training effective?

Online personal training can be highly effective and makes your life easier. Your personal trainer will plan a workout that is customised according to your needs. Online training offers extra flexibility - you can work out from home, the office, a hotel, on holiday…

Is a personal fitness coach worth it?

A personal trainer isn’t a necessity, but can be a valuable tool. Their skills and expertise mean you can focus on getting the results you want, without wasting time looking on the internet to work out what you should do!  A qualified personal trainer will ensure you develop good form and technique and will adapt a program to your needs and fitness levels, minimising the risk of injury.

A personal trainer can also help keep you accountable and motivated, and support you as you improve your health and fitness habits.

How do I begin transforming my body?

If you want to achieve results in a healthy and sustainable way, professional help is invaluable. Set realistic goals for both the long and short term, and work progressively towards them.

Do personal trainers help with nutrition?

Not all personal trainers do, but Reach face-to-face and/or online coaching provides nutritional and supplement guidance to all clients. Reach will also help you identify ways to improve your nutrition habits that will make achieving your goals easier.

Are you a certified personal Trainer ?

Yes. After completing a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, I furthered my studies in Australia to become a certified Personal Trainer. You can learn more about my professional journey here.

How fast can I achieve a body transformation?

That will depend on many factors, including your current health status, how many fitness sessions a week you plan to do, your previous exercise experience, your current weight and body composition… How dedicated and committed you are to your training and diet also makes a difference, of course!

Where do your personal training sessions take place?

I work in the Train-SF gyms, usually in the branch in Al quoz. I also offer training in your home gym (if your gym is well enough equipped to ensure an effective session).

WHY DOESN’T REACH POST BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES OF CLIENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE?

Simple. I believe that everyone is in a different place physically and psychologically and the bodies you see in pictures used for marketing are not your body. Comparing yourself with others should not be a major source of motivation - the real measure is comparing yourself against your own achievements and aspirations! Every individual has their own fitness level and sensitivity to exercise, and your results belong to you.

I choose not to exploit our clients, or to perpetuate the fitness scams plaguing the internet and media. I also dislike the manipulative and disingenuous marketing the fitness industry is notorious for, and I don’t want to be part of that. Be the best version of yourself, rather than trying to copy someone else.

What happens if I can't attend a booked session?

If notice is given no later than 12 hours before the scheduled start of the session, the session can be rebooked. After the 12-hour deadline, the session will be considered lost unless there is a serious reason for the cancellation, e.g., illness or injury, a work emergency, or transport failure beyond your control.

I’m a client, can I call and ask my trainer questions at any time?

Sure! I strongly encourage open communication. One of the primary advantages to working with Reach is that you can message your trainer directly via WhatsApp - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What if I have an injury?

In the case of injury I create programs that limit or avoid stress to the affected area, according to the type of injury and the stage of healing. We can also develop corrective exercise strategies to improve mobility, joint stabilisation, connective tissue strength, and flexibility. Always remaining within my scope of expertise, I will work with you to fine-tune a progressive program that works to inhibit overactive musculature, stimulate underactive muscle structures, activate biomechanical efficiency, and integrate compound movements to enhance functionality.

Would i get help as well with my nutrition ?

Yes, we will work together to improve your nutrition and be more mindful of what to eat. Your training will include learning how to track calories and different macronutrients in order to achieve your goals.
